Returns & Exchanges:
We pride ourselves on being a sustainable fashion brand and advocates of slow fashion. MORENO MARCOS garments are made to order pieces to minimize overproduction and lessen our carbon footprint. Therefore there are no returns or exchanges unless faulty.
Return
On the occasion the item/s is/are faulty upon delivery, contact the label via email and supply photos.
Note that all the costs related to returns including duty and taxes must be paid by the customer. MORENO MARCOS reserve the right to not process the duty and tax unpaid upon return.
If a returned item does not meet our policy, we will not approve and process the return or exchange. Please contact us via email to enquire about the validity of the return or exchange if unsure.
Important Information:
- We do not refund shipping costs for goods returned, unless it’s due to a fault in the garment.
- All exchanges will be shipped at the customers expense.
